The operating view

See the field as one connected record.

LeaseFlow organizes the company, lease, battery, tank, and well hierarchy so the daily record stays attached to the equipment it belongs to.

01

Daily production

Review oil, water, gas, and injection records in the context of the selected battery and date.

02

Run-ticket chronology

Keep accepted and rejected ticket details with the gauges used to evaluate the production interval.

03

Well and tank history

Move from the company view into leases, batteries, tanks, wells, tests, and operational history.

A field-first sequence

Start with what happened, then calculate what changed.

LeaseFlow’s production workflow follows the chronology of tank gauges and accepted run tickets. Incomplete or conflicting inputs stay visible for review instead of being disguised as a finished result.

Go to the application
  1. 1

    Gauge every active tank

Record the observed level, date, and time for the tank battery.

  2. 2

Add the ticket where it occurred

Keep the hauler’s interval and disposition connected to the correct tank.

  3. 3

    Review canonical production

Use the complete chronology to review the calculated daily result.

  4. 4

    Keep the operating history

Return to earlier gauges, tests, tickets, and daily records when questions arise.

Designed for clarity

A run ticket represents a sale, not negative production.

When a tank is hauled, LeaseFlow uses the ticket as part of the chronological inventory calculation. A removal does not become negative production simply because inventory left the tank.
