Privacy Notice
This draft describes the intended handling of information across the public LeaseFlow website and the separate LeaseFlow application.
1. Services covered
This notice is intended to cover the public website at lease-flow.com and the LeaseFlow application at app.lease-flow.com. The public website and operational application are separate services with different technical purposes.
2. Public website information
The initial public website does not include account registration, contact forms, analytics, advertising pixels, checkout, or application cookies. When deployed, the hosting provider may process standard technical request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.
3. Application account and operational information
The LeaseFlow application may process account details and operational records entered by authorized users. Depending on product use, those records may include company hierarchy, leases, batteries, tanks, wells, gauges, production records, run tickets, well tests, events, sales targets, account exports, and related timestamps or notes.
4. Service providers
LeaseFlow uses service providers to operate the product. Current or planned providers include Supabase for authentication and application data services, Stripe for subscription billing, Vercel for hosting, and an email-delivery provider for account messages. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Payments
Subscription payment processing is handled by Stripe. LeaseFlow is not intended to store complete payment-card numbers in its application database. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information.
6. Uses of information
Information may be used to provide and secure accounts, operate requested product features, calculate and display operational records, process subscriptions, send service communications, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, comply with applicable obligations, and maintain business records.
7. Retention and account closure
Retention periods, account-closure behavior, billing-record retention, legal holds, and reactivation procedures require final business and legal review. LeaseFlow may preserve operational and billing records after subscription cancellation or account closure where needed for product operation, dispute handling, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.
8. Security
LeaseFlow uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce risk. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Account owners are responsible for protecting credentials, limiting authorized access, and reviewing exported records before sharing them.
9. Choices and requests
The final notice must identify available privacy requests, the regions where LeaseFlow operates, verification procedures, and any legally required appeal or complaint process.
10. Contact
